| |  Kelly Biggs is an award winning theatre arts director and instructor. Having taught in the public schools for over 12 years she was named teacher of the year in 1999 and 2005 and Student Council Advisor of the year in 2005. Kelly has a BA in Elementary education with a speech communication emphasis, an MA in Curriculum and instruction and has earned her Principal's certification from Arizona State University. She is also a published playwright and has extensive experience in set design, costuming and other technical aspects of production. She resides in Mesa, Arizona with her husband and five daughters. | |
