Scott Freiheit

Scott Freiheit

Scott Freiheit is a prolific author/composer from Monrovia, California. He has written over 100 plays, musicals and screenplays but Cleopatra and the Slave Girls of Venus marks his first association with Heuer Publishing.

Through his “Undiscovered Musicals” and “Orchestra Pit” web pages he has helped hundreds of authors, composers and music arrangers to develop and refine their skills and to showcase their work. He was also a pioneer in the field of using computers for scoring musical plays and has almost 25 years of experience in this unique aspect of musical theatre production.

He is also an actor and director of both plays and motion pictures and is currently the bass and keyboard player in two rock bands, Jackalope and The Fluorescent Penguin Exchange. He will soon be seen playing himself in the online cartoon series The Way It Should Be.
