We protect the security of your sensitive information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you send us.
All sensitive personal information is encrypted on our database.

Additional charges will be added for orders from outside the continental U.S.
Payment Terms
We accept credit card, check or money order in U.S. funds.
We extend a 30-day credit to schools when purchase orders are signed by the principal or purchasing agent.
To help us process your order quickly, please include the purchase order number with your order.
All invoices are payable net 30 days.
Remittance in full is required on all orders of $15.00 or less.
We are unable to bill individuals, but we gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you think there has been an error with your order, call 1-800-950-7529.
Royalties
Most plays published by Heuer Publishing require a production royalty.
Royalty is due any time a play is performed in whole or part for an audience and payable regardless of audience size or ticket price.
Performance rights are granted upon receipt of royalty payment. Heuer's Ten Minute Plays include scripts for each actor plus a director and include performance rights for one year at one venue.
