Limited Streaming/Broadcast Rights are available for most Works. If available, your purchase will grant you:
- Right to digitally stream a performance with the following limitations:
- Stream can only be available for fourteen (14) days from the first performance date.
- Only Heuer Publishing approved streaming services can be used.
- Limited Streaming/Broadcast rights includes 100 streams/views. [Additional streams/views can be purchased on the website.]
- Right to air the digital recording on your local cable or public access channel for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the first performance.
Limited Streaming/Broadcast Rights are only available if Cast Scripts and Performance Royalty purchase has been made.

Ten-Minute Play Streaming/Broadcast Rights
In addition to our Approved Streaming Platforms listed above, Ten Minute Plays are also approved for use on ZOOM and virtual classroom services with a limitation on the number of online viewers and recording rights not being conveyed to any viewers, except the producer.

Other streaming services may be used upon request and approval, please email customerserivce@heuerpub.com with your request. To be considered the service needs to include these digital rights management capabilities:
- Enable a unique password protection for each viewer/patron or provide for a limitation on the number of viewers/patrons.
- Eliminate the ability of viewers/patrons to record the performance.
- Ability to erase/terminate the digital recording after license expiration.
