Customer Comments:
By Becky Hartle - Director - Chester County Youth Theater
This show was so silly! The kids loved it! It is the most we've ever laughed during a read through. After our performances we had many comments saying this show was one of their favorites! The audience loved when the actors would break the fourth wall. It's just the right amount of cheesy. Thank you for such a fun show!
By Ashlee Sexton - Director - Southside Elementary School
This was a perfect play for Middle School! The audience thought it was hilarious. Very pleased and the kids loved it!
By Susan Glass - Director - Kuemper Catholic High School
My students had a great time with this play. They loved it from the moment we started. The reaction from the audiences was amazing. As director I liked being able to add more stagehands, citizens and Merry Men. It gave more stage time to the students. Breaking the 4th wall made it even more fun.
By RayeAnne DeSoto - Director - GRMS Drama Club
Hilarious play! Well written and easy to cast! The students loved the witty barbs and different take on the story.
Prince John has decreed that the citizens of Nottingham pay weekly taxes or face the penalty of death. His decrees are enforced by the evil Sheriff of Nottingham. The citizens think that all hope is lost until they hear word of a noble hero, Robin Hood of Locksley. Robin Hood, with the help of his merry men (which are mostly girls) rob from the rich, give to the poor, and save the fair Maid Marian. This comic retelling of the story includes thumb wars, missed cues, and a slow motion fight.
