Synopsis |
Mrs. Quince, a member of the "William Shakespeare Wrote William Shakespeare Society" receives a copy of a play in the mail that could possibly be one of Shakespeare's earliest works. Thinking this could be the break-through that she, her society and her school's theatre department needs, she embraces the play and decides to produce it. When all that can go wrong (costumes delayed, set waterlogged and unusable, a cast of questionable loyalty and talent) does go wrong, it is decided the "show must go on" and indeed it does and we are treated to the hilarious results. The play premiered with the Times Theatre Company and was produced in the parks of St. Paul, MN. |
