| Script Preview Photo Gallery Productions | | Synopsis | Hubie Hartzel is a daydreamer, an artist, and a hopeless romantic, but life is complicated in sixth grade. Hubie is failing school, he's stuck with an impossible older sister, his beloved family cat is sick and he's the target of Ralph Marruci, class bully. His greatest escape is daydreaming. He imagines himself a heavyweight champion or a rock star and draws caricatures of his teachers, family, and friends. Everyone, that is, but the new art teacher who he has a crush on. Unfortunately, Hubie's attempts at coping with life backfire when the perfect plan for revenge on Marruci blows up in his face. Good thing Hubie finds the courage to stand up to the bully and do the right thing. For professional production rights please contact Heuer Publishing directly at 800-950-7529. |
